Weekly Drop-ins
Q4 can be brutal, but you don't have to go it alone. Every Tuesday in September and October, I've set up a recurring, 30-minute virtual drop-in where Wine Club and DTC professionals can connect, commiserate, and brainstorm.
No Powerpoints. No RSVPs. No meeting recording. Just a few peers sharing whatever they need to get off their chests.
Maybe someone on the call has the solution to your problem. Maybe you have the solution to theirs. Or maybe just working through the week's challenges out loud gives you the clarity to keep moving forward. And if it ends up being just you and me, then congrats! How it works
I've set up standing Teams meetings at 10am every Tuesday in September and October. The meeting link is the same every week.
Why not add the series to your calendar? That way, you'll get a reminder before each one starts. Pop by if you feel like it, keep cruising if you don't.
